Mercedes –AMG GLC 63 is making its stance once again on the Australian market; this vehicle has a proven success of this vehicle in terms of is power, class, and functionality. But has been given an extraordinary facelift that is due to turn heads wherever it goes. The AMG has received a few styling tweaks, adding new head and tail-light designs, fresh 21-inch alloy wheels and larger twin tailpipes.
Australia will get the more potent all-wheel drive S versions, powered by a twin-turbocharged 4.0-litre V8 (375kW/700Nm) paired to a nine-speed automatic transmission.
AMG claims the pair can sprint from 0-100km/h 3.8 seconds on the way to a top speed of 280km/h. Mercedes-Benz maintains that the AMG 63 S is still the fastest SUV around the benchmark Nurburgring racetrack.

Buyers can also order the facelifted GLC63 with new optional 21-inch wheels and a graphite grey magno exterior paint.
There are six driving modes including a new Slippery setting that is used in low traction conditions and reduces power to the wheels. Cornering stability and traction are assisted by the electronically locking differential which reduces slip on the inside rear wheel when cornering.
Mercedes-Benz has loaded the performance pair with its latest technology including the M-BUX (Mercedes-Benz User eXperience) digital assistant.
This controls the car’s navigation, climate and infotainment settings and responds to simple “Hey Mercedes” voice prompts.
The most significant changes however can be found inside the cabin. These include the following; a revised instrument binnacle and Mercedes-Benz new MBUX infotainment system with touch screen, voice and optional gesture control. There’s also a new AMG steering wheel with touch pads within the horizontal spokes and additional upholstery options.
